Why You Should Read It:
THINK SPEED is an opportunity to pause and reflect on how to make change exponential – change that inspires more rapid change. It is a window into the thoughts and experiences of change leaders, thinkers and funders on a journey to enable rapid change.

THINK SUSTAIN provokes radiating insights into real-world exponential problems. From climate change to gender inequality, social problems grow fast and mutate even faster, surface differently in different contexts and affect all of us in one way or another. What if we could address these exponential problems with exponential change?

Why You Should Read It:
Our world is faced with exponential problems. From climate change to gender inequality, social problems grow fast and mutate even faster, surface differently in different contexts and affect all of us in one way or another. Think Scale, Think Speed and Think Sustain are opportunities to flip the lens. To move beyond replicating what works in one context to designing for scale. To create change that inspires more and rapid changes. To solve small and shift the status-quo, irreversibly.
The Think books are companions in our journey to impact at scale – by our side as we learn from thinkers and practitioners from around the world, reimagine possibilities and embark on audacious endeavors.
THE ‘HOW’ OF EXPONENTIAL CHANGE
Imagine a world where everyone enjoys agency, dignity and choice.
Think Scale, Think Speed and Think Sustain open up pathways to enable exponential change by offering insights into what it takes to reimagine how to drive transformation at a societal scale, fast and irreversibly.
A SYSTEMIC APPROACH
Sanjay Purohit introduces you to Societal Thinking, a systemic approach to reimagine and realize exponential social change. Social change becomes exponential when it induces a domino effect and rapid changes toward building a better society. This systemic approach was developed through many “Do-Think-Do” cycles with global change leaders. The “Do” cycles involved co-exploring, designing, and building missions that create impact at the population scale, and the “Think” cycles helped distill the learning into a set of core values, design principles, and frameworks open for everyone to use and build upon.
