Wieslaw Garbacz has over three decades of progressive experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, e-Tendering, and Public Procurement. He specializes in customer care and has addressed the complexities of running a call center efficiently by using Lean Management techniques spearheaded change management initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Wieslaw has led high effectiveness of activities, especially in strategic planning, new optimization of operational efficiency, project management and recruitment, team building, and training of sales teams and service agents.
